Experience: Graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a BFA in Graphic Design. Enhanced her graphic design studies through multiple freelance jobs, leading student groups and specialized courses using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, and After Effects. First evidenced her artistic talent at the age of four, using her pink walls as a canvas. Attending nine different schools before entering the ninth grade, she grew up quickly. Got hooked on graphic design after a few all-nighters, completing projects assigned from her favorite mentor. A member of AIGA, the professional association for design.

Likes: Family, learning new things, make-up, and treating her apartment as a gallery. Also, sneaking dark chocolate and rice krispie treats.

Vacation Spot: A native of Israel and fluent in Hebrew, Lipaz loves to visit her family and friends in Israel.

What She Loves About the Gig: Using the right side of her brain, she enjoys working on all things creative, because "hey, that’s the right thing to do."
