What We Do

Social Media

"Don’t Let Our State Parks Drown" Viral Video
Client: Californians for State Parks and Wildlife Conservation
Funded by: The Nature Conservancy and Conservation Action Fund

A Viral Video is a video that is put on any video sharing site, like YouTube or Facebook, that then begins to spread based on the content. The viewers do the work for you via share buttons, social networks, email or instant messengers that you set up.

Our biggest viral video hit was “Don’t Let Our State Parks Drown.” The goal of the video, which Counterintuity conceptualized, wrote, directed, and produced, was to influence the debate about parks funding by showing voters and legislators what would happen if state parks funding was depleted — and restored.
